🚨 URGENT CALL FOR HELP! 🚨

The number of baby and young chimpanzees requiring rescue by the sanctuaries we partner with has been rising alarmingly lately.

Fortunately, rescue teams take swift action after a report, usually in close coordination with local police and authorities. They are often kept as pets, typically in a cage or on a leash, or are intended for sale. It is deeply heartbreaking that such a trade exists. Remember that the mother or family of such a little one is often killed, as they are never surrendered without a fight.

In a short time, 3 young chimpanzees have been rescued this way by the centers we know, but as mentioned, the number of reports has been rising shockingly of late.

Although they are now in good hands, their journey is only beginning. It costs about €2,500 per year to provide them with the care for a good and healthy life. This includes medical checks, vaccinations, lab tests, medication, formula milk, fresh vegetables and fruit, and supplements. And not to forget the care of surrogate mothers.

Rescuing and caring for a growing stream of newly rescued and soon-to-be-rescued babies and infants demands a lot from the people and funds of the sanctuaries we support. For this, YOUR HELP is also needed. Give them the chance for a better life with a donation. Together we can make a difference!
